So I was joking when I said I'd draft anyone that drafted Monkey Man but I loved Monkey man and I'm abnormally excited for Megalopolis whether it fails or succeeds. I also think Twisters will be dumb fun and i'm incredibly attracted to Glen Powell.
I am also very excited in I saw The TV Glow, Kinds of Kindness, Deadpool and Wolverine (I still have my Deadpool #1 on display), and Furiosa. I want to see Blitz and I'm sure it'll be great. I'm semi excited for Nosferatu. I'm a vampire geek but sometimes Eggers does it for me and sometimes he doesn't.
I feel like I'm more of a genre film geek. I'm hype for The Fall Guy (give me more movies where Ryan Gosling uses his impeccable comic timing por favor like The Nice Guys and Barbie), Hit Man, Alien Romulus, MaXXXine, Longlegs, It's What's Inside, Exhuma, and Cuckoo. I'm still holding out hope that Mickey 17 comes out this year because Bong all day everyday.
I've seen Evil Does Not Exist at the NYFF last year. I can't wait to hear y'all thoughts about it.
